ABOUT ME

I have enjoyed over 50 years of aviation experience including, flight instruction in single engine and multi-engine aircraft, and even mountain flying.  Some of that pilot experience includes commuter, regional, and supplemental airlines as well as aerial firefighting.  I am also type-rated in DC-3 aircraft.

I served in the U.S. Army as a Door Gunner during Vietnam on Huey Armed Helicopters and served the Federal Aviation Administration as an Aviation Safety Inspector for 28 years.  I am now a recently appointed Designated Pilot Examiner serving the San Antonio Flight Standards District Office.

I enjoy spending time with family and friends and participating in my local church.
